Yes. We send you the full edited set with the Shot by Podsee mark. You can use them on your website, Google Business Profile, social media and printed material.
Yes. We arrange the gallery first, and you can ask us to reorder or remove any photo.
We replace them with the new set. Tell us if there are any you want to keep.
You collect written consent from each student's parent before the shoot, using our one-page form. Students without consent stay out of frame.
Clear the desks, wipe the whiteboards, switch on every light and lay out the materials you are proud of.
Someone needs to let us in and stay on the premises. Tutors and some students, not all, need to be present for their portraits.

1 Built from prices published by Singapore studios, read on 21 September 2026, taking the lowest we could find so the figure is not overstated. Rooms: Mount Studio lists interior photography at S$500 for 2 hours and 10 to 15 photos (mountstudio.com.sg). Headshots: Mount Studio lists a corporate headshot session at S$280 for the first person and S$90 for each person after, so S$460 for three (mountstudio.com.sg). That is a studio session, so the teachers would travel to the photographer. S$500 + S$460 = S$960. Every other studio we checked charges more for the same work. Interiors: Hong Ray lists S$600 for about 30 minutes and S$1,150 for about an hour (hongrayphoto.com); Mount Studio charges S$700 for 3 hours. Headshots at your own premises: Mount Studio lists on-location corporate portraits from S$880 for a minimum of five people; Vision Photography lists S$225 a person plus a S$150 call-out fee to bring backdrops to you (visionphotography.com.sg); Firefly Photography lists S$250 a person at your preferred location (fireflyphotographysg.com); iSnap Photography lists S$80 a person on site but only for ten people or more (isnapphotography.sg). On those rates the same job runs past S$1,500. None of these studios are affiliated with Podsee, and the comparison excludes the cost of the Podsee listing itself.
